Description
We stocked this stoneware mug because the proportions are right – the handle clears a knuckle and the rim is finished cleanly. It is priced so you can buy four without thinking too hard about it.
Stoneware is fired hot enough that the clay body vitrifies, so it is non-porous even where the glaze does not reach. Thicker walls mean it holds heat noticeably longer than porcelain.
A large everyday mug. Good for filter coffee or a big latte; note that filled, it is a genuinely heavy object, which matters if you have wrist trouble. The finish is white.

Care
Dishwasher and microwave safe. If the base has an unglazed foot ring, run a fine sanding sponge over it once and it will never mark a worktop again.
Delivery, duty and returns
Dispatched from our own warehouse at 10/F, Wyler Centre 1, 202-210 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong and carried by FedEx, the only service we use. Handling takes 1-2 business days and transit 7-10 business days, so expect delivery in about 8-12 business days. Delivery is free on every order. A 10% import duty and tax is calculated on the goods total and added at checkout as its own line, so nothing further is owed on delivery. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the delivery date and are arranged by email at support@luvmuggs.com; see the Refund & Returns Policy for conditions.

A 10% import duty and handling charge applies to every order, calculated on the goods total and shown as a separate line before you pay. Because parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong, this charge covers the import duty and customs handling on
the shipment. Paying it at checkout means the carrier does not ask you for anything on delivery.
Returns
You may return an unused mug in its original packaging for
30 days, counted from the date FedEx records delivery
(not the order date).
Returns are arranged by email. Send your order number and a photograph of the item to
support@luvmuggs.com
and we reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation number and the
return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that number - parcels arriving at the
warehouse without one cannot be matched to an order.
Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged, defective or
was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full, and in most cases we do not ask for the item back
at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business
days of the return being approved, and include the 10% import
duty you paid on the returned goods.
