These terms govern your use of luvmuggs.com and any order you place on it. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them – they are short and they are the actual terms, not a summary.
1. Who we are
LuvMuggs is an online drinkware retailer. Our registered business office is 8028 Harrison St, Paramount, CA 90723, United States, and our fulfilment warehouse is 10/F, Wyler Centre 1, 202-210 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Goods are dispatched from the warehouse, not from the business office. You can reach us on +1 949-407-8573 or at support@luvmuggs.com. Our previous business address, 15333 Culver Drive Suite 340, Irvine, CA 92604, United States, is no longer in use.
2. Products
We resell drinkware manufactured by third parties. Every listing names the manufacturer where the maker brands the product, and carries the GTIN the manufacturer issues. LuvMuggs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official store for any of those brands. Product images show the item as supplied to us; slight variation in glaze colour and finish is normal on ceramic and stoneware and is not a defect.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation email, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot ship to your address – in which case we refund you in full immediately and tell you why.
4. Prices, duty and payment
All prices are in US dollars and cover the goods. Delivery is free on every order. A 10% import duty and tax is calculated on the goods total and added at checkout as a separate line, because shipments travel from Hong Kong into the United States. Both figures are shown in the order summary before you confirm payment. Nothing further is payable on delivery.
We accept PayPal and Visa. Payment is taken when the order is placed. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order. Prices can change; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you placed it.
5. Delivery
Handling takes 1-2 business days and FedEx transit takes 7-10 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse, so a typical order arrives in 8-12 business days. FedEx is the only carrier we use. Delivery estimates are estimates: customs holds, weather and public holidays affect them. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. 6. Returns
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, raised by email to support@luvmuggs.com, return authorisation number required, customer pays return postage unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, no restocking fee, refund of goods and duty within 5 business days of approval.
7. Using this site
You may browse, buy and share links. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, resell our product descriptions or photographs, attempt to gain access to accounts that are not yours, or use the site to break the law.
8. Intellectual property
The LuvMuggs name, the site design and the product descriptions we have written are ours. Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the goods we sell.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
10. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit for ordinary use. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by using a product contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions – for example putting a metallic-trimmed mug in a microwave. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. This version is effective from 22 August 2026.
