About Us

LuvMuggs is an online drinkware shop. Our company is registered in California and our stock sits in a warehouse in Hong Kong. We sell one narrow thing – mugs – and we try to sell them properly: real photographs, the manufacturer named on every listing, a barcode you can look up, one delivery service, and a landed price with nothing hidden behind it.

What we actually do

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We buy finished drinkware from housewares makers and their distributors, hold it in our own warehouse, and ship it ourselves. There is no drop-shipper between you and us: when you place an order, someone on our warehouse floor picks the mug off a shelf, wraps it, and hands it to FedEx.

That decision shapes everything else. It is why our catalogue is a few hundred products rather than a few hundred thousand, why we can quote a handling time of 1-2 business days and mean it, and why we can answer a question about the exact weight of a particular stoneware mug without guessing.

Where we operate from

Two addresses, doing two different jobs. Please read which is which before you post anything to us.

• Warehouse – every order ships from here: 10/F, Wyler Centre 1, 202-210 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. This is where stock is held, orders are packed and authorised returns are received.
• Registered business office: 8028 Harrison St, Paramount, CA 90723, United States. This is our company address for correspondence and registration. It is not a warehouse. No stock is held there, nothing ships from there, and parcels sent to it are not received.
• Previous business office: 15333 Culver Drive Suite 340, Irvine, CA 92604, United States. We operated from here until our move, and it is listed only so older paperwork, invoices and directory entries can be reconciled. Nothing sent there is collected.

Because goods travel from Hong Kong to you, every order carries a 10% import duty and tax. We collect it at checkout as its own line rather than letting the carrier surprise you with an invoice on the doorstep. Delivery itself is free.

Why mugs

A mug is the one object most people use every single morning, and most people own several they do not like. Thin walls that go cold in four minutes. A handle that only fits two fingers. A rim thick enough to feel like drinking from a kerb. Once you notice these things you cannot stop noticing them.

So we buy with those things in mind. We look at wall thickness, at whether the handle clears a knuckle, at how the rim is finished, at whether a travel lid seals when the mug is on its side in a bag. Where a manufacturer publishes a capacity, we list it; where they publish dimensions, we list those too, because “large” means nothing when you are trying to work out if something fits under your coffee machine.

How we price

Prices on this site are in US dollars and cover the goods. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold to reach. The only thing added at checkout is the 10% import duty and tax, calculated on the goods total and shown on its own line before you pay. There is no membership tier, no mandatory insurance, and no fee that appears at the last step.

Who you are dealing with

LuvMuggs is a small team. Customer emails are read by people who also deal with the warehouse, which is inefficient but does mean the answer you get is usually right the first time. We stock products made by other companies, and we say so on every listing. LuvMuggs is not an official store for, an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with any of the brands whose products we resell. Trademarks belong to the companies that own them.
