Questions about an order, a product, a return, or anything else – here is how to reach a person. We answer email within one business day and the phone during office hours.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and US federal holidays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.
What to include
If your message is about an existing order, include the order number from your confirmation email – it starts with a #. For a return, tell us the order number and which item is coming back, and we will send you a return authorisation number and the return address. For a product question, the product name or its GTIN is enough for us to pull the exact item.
Our addresses

The Paramount address is our current head office, warehouse, and the address returns are sent to once we have issued you a return authorisation. Please do not post anything to the old Irvine address.
