Returns

You may return an unused mug in its original packaging for 30 days, counted from the date FedEx records delivery (not the order date). Returns are arranged by email. Send your order number and a photograph of the item to support@luvmuggs.com and we reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation number and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that number - parcels arriving at the warehouse without one cannot be matched to an order.

Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full, and in most cases we do not ask for the item back at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being approved, and include the 10% import duty you paid on the returned goods.
