Processing Time
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care packaging every ceramic mug and tea cup to ensure it arrives safely. However, fragile items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, cracked, broken, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with:
Clear photos of the damaged item(s).
Photos of the outer and inner packaging.
Your order number and full name.
We will arrange a full replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Damage claims are resolved within 2–3 business days of receiving your photos. Email us at support@luvmuggs.com
