At LuvMuggs, we want you to be completely satisfied with every ceramic mug, tea cup, and drinkware item you purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review this policy carefully — we are here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Item is not marked as final sale, clearance, or a gift card.
Mugs or cups that have been used, washed, filled with liquid, or altered in any way.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Return Address
All approved returns must be sent to the following address. Do not send returns without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) from our support team.

Always include your order number and full name inside the package. Packages sent without authorization or identification may be refused or delayed.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email our support team at support@luvmuggs.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
Photos of the item (required if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without receiving your RA number first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
Return Shipping Costs
LuvMuggs will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. You pay nothing.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). LuvMuggs is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Irvine, CA warehouse, we will notify you by email of the inspection result within 2 business days.
Issued for items returned in original, unused, undamaged condition with original packaging intact.
May be issued if the mug or cup shows signs of use, missing packaging, chips, or is not returned in original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our mugs and tea cups are made from ceramic and other fragile materials. If your item arrives cracked, chipped, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Photos of the outer and inner packaging showing damage.
Your order number.
We will offer a full replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping. We aim to resolve all damage claims within 2–3 business days of receiving your photos.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different mug, style, or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the product you prefer. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
Mugs or cups that have been used, washed, or filled with any liquid.
Gift cards and e-gift cards.
Promotional or complimentary items.
Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page at time of purchase.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
