At LuvMuggs, we want your new drinkware to reach you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. LuvMuggs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs processing.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more within the United States. No coupon code needed — the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available at the moment. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or by clicking the tracking link in your email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, since our products include ceramic, glass, and other fragile materials, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
