At LuvMuggs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The item is not a final sale, clearance, or gift card product.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@luvmuggs.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective items).
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
- Your order number.
We will offer a full replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Since our products include ceramic, glass, and other fragile materials, we take these claims seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@luvmuggs.com and we will investigate.
