Common Questions
Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
I received a damaged item. What should I do? We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@luvmuggs.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
