Polished 18kt Everose gold hour and minute hands in Mercedes-logo and sword shape with luminous fill. Applied polished 18kt Everose gold rimmed index hour markers with luminous fill. The minute hand is partially skeletonized. Polished 18kt Everose gold small seconds hand and Red chronograph related hands. Fine printed minute/seconds track on the dial rim. Highly legible Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence. Polished 18kt Everose gold patented “Triplock” locking crown ensuring that the crown screws down onto the Oyster case as securely as a submarine hatch and polished 18kt Everose gold chronograph buttons. The dial closed by a Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal and solid case back made. Centre hour and minute hands, small seconds hand at 6 o’clock. Programmable countdown with mechanical memory and on-the-fly synchronization. Stop-seconds for precise time setting. The watch is equipped polished 18kt Everose gold Bidirectional rotatable Ring Command bezel with ribbed edge for a sure grip. Blue “Cerachrom” bezel insert, made of ceramic which is extremely hard, durable and highly scratch-resistant. Ceramic has excellent corrosion resistant properties and is unaffected by ultraviolet rays so the color will not fade. Engraved, filled and matte finished numbers and graduation indexes. A 10% import duty and handling charge applies to every order, calculated on the goods total and shown as a separate line before you pay. Because parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong, this charge covers the import duty and customs handling on the shipment. Paying it at checkout means the carrier does not ask you for anything on delivery.

Returns

You may return an unused mug in its original packaging for 30 days, counted from the date FedEx records delivery (not the order date). Returns are arranged by email. Send your order number and a photograph of the item to support@luvmuggs.com and we reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation number and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that number - parcels arriving at the warehouse without one cannot be matched to an order.

Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full, and in most cases we do not ask for the item back at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being approved, and include the 10% import duty.
