Delivery, duty and returns

Dispatched from our own warehouse at 10/F, Wyler Centre 1, 202-210 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong and carried by FedEx, the only service we use. Handling takes 3 business days and transit 2-7 business days, so expect delivery in about 5-10 business days. Delivery is $45, and free once the goods total reaches $800. The 10% import duty and customs handling is already included in the price shown, so there is nothing extra at checkout and nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the delivery date and are arranged by email at support@luvmuggs.com; see the Refund & Returns Policy for conditions.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United States only. FedEx is the only carrier we use — there is no second service to choose between and no paid upgrade. Handling and transit are counted in business days and start once payment has cleared, so a typical order arrives 5–10 business days after you place it.

Import duty and customs

Parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong, so an import duty and customs handling charge applies to every shipment. That charge is already built into the price you see — about 10% of the goods value — which is why no duty line appears at checkout and why FedEx asks you for nothing when the parcel arrives.

Returns

You may return an unused mug in its original packaging for 30 days, counted from the date FedEx records delivery — not the order date. Returns are arranged by email. Send your order number and a photograph of the item to support@luvmuggs.com and we reply within one business day with a return authorisation number and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that number — parcels arriving at the warehouse without one cannot be matched to an order.

Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full, and in most cases we do not ask for the item back at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return being approved, for the full amount you paid.
