All new watches come with the latest iteration of the e-Warranty, which doesn’t include any paper/plastic warranty cards/books/booklets etc.
The authenticity of watches is guaranteed by visual recognition of the micro-structure of their materials. With the e-warranty, is launching a digital warranty stored in the AURA blockchain.
A specific e-warranty application also exists for customers. The unitary recognition of the piece by the e-warranty application, is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App.

FedEx is the only carrier we use - there is no second service to choose between and no paid upgrade. Handling and transit are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start once payment has cleared, so a typical order arrives 5-10 business days after you place it.

A 10% import duty and handling charge applies to every order, calculated on the goods total and shown as a separate line before you pay. Because parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong, this charge covers the import duty and customs handling on the shipment. Paying it at checkout means the carrier does not ask you for anything on delivery.
Returns
You may return an unused mug in its original packaging for 30 days, counted from the date FedEx records delivery (not the order date). Returns are arranged by email. Send your order number and a photograph of the item to support@luvmuggs.com and we reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation number and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that number - parcels arriving at the warehouse without one cannot be matched to an order.
Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover the return in full, and in most cases we do not ask for the item back at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being approved, and include the 10% import duty.
